Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with experience designing, developing, and deploying AI, data engineering, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent consulting and communication skills to work directly with business stakeholders, understand complex challenges, and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions. This role involves building generative AI applications, developing intelligent workflows, integrating enterprise data platforms, and taking solutions from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Translate business problems into scalable AI, analytics, and data engineering solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications, copilots, and autonomous or human-in-the-loop AI agents.
• Build AI-powered workflows using Claude and other large language models (LLMs).
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data models, and integrations using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Azure.
• Design and implement data engineering, machine learning, and analytics solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes, then transition successful solutions into production-ready applications.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business processes.
• Evaluate AI models for accuracy, performance, reliability, security, and business impact.
• Present technical solutions, prototypes, and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Document solution architecture, technical designs, testing results, deployment processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Experience designing and implementing data engineering and data science solutions.

  • LLM evaluation and optimization
• Experience taking AI solutions from concept and prototyping through testing and production deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and modern application architectures.
• Experience working with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or similar cloud AI platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and MLOps practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems such as Git.
