Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models.
Develop and optimize DAX, SQL, and Power Query transformations.
Manage data refreshes, gateways, and connections; resolve data or performance issues.
Work with business partners to understand needs and turn them into reporting solutions.
Document data logic, definitions, and model structure.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering to support scalable data architecture.
Provide best practice guidance and occasional mentorship within the team.
