PAY BREAKDOWN

Weekly Gross: $ 1833 /Week
Blended Hourly Rate: $ 54/Hour
Weekly Taxable Pay: $ 1100

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

Current and Valid New Jersey Respiratory Care License Required
Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certification Required
Graduate of an Accredited Respiratory Therapy Program Required
Minimum 1 Year of Recent Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist Experience Required
Minimum 1 Year of ICU Respiratory Therapy Experience Required
Previous Ventilator Experience Required
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification Required
Current ACLS Certification Required
Current PALS Certification Required
Experience With Intubation Assistance, Ventilator Setup, and Ventilator Management Required

Additional Requirements

Must Be Willing to Float to Adult ICU, Intermediate Care, and Basic Intermediate Care Units
Provide Respiratory Therapy, Diagnostic Evaluation, Treatment, and Cardiopulmonary Patient Care Under Medical Direction
Provide and Document Patient and Caregiver Education Based on Identified Needs
Ability to Adapt Quickly to Changing Patient Conditions and Clinical Priorities
Strong Teamwork, Accountability, Patient-Focused Care, and Communication Skills Required
