Job Duties Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Physical Demands Communication Skills - ability to comprehend and give correct written instruction; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Skills - ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); make correct change; verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Standing - most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile or brick with linoleum; height of work surfaces between 36" and 48". Walking - generally short distances for short periods. Sitting - paperwork completed in office at a desk or table. Lifting - bulk product deliveries of up to 50 pounds; lifting onto shelves up to 72" high; occasional heavy items up to 30 pounds. Climbing - infrequent stairs or ladder to change bulbs, clean ovens, wash walls. Stooping/Bending - forward bending at the waist at the prep table; duration about 30–45 seconds repeatedly; forward bending at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting - occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching - up/down and forward; above 72" occasionally; reaching down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; forward reaching for toppings, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones. Hand Tasks - hand‑eye coordination essential; both hands used continuously; shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, folding cardboard boxes, and handling pizza cutter. Tool and Equipment - use of pens, computer, telephone, calculator, pizza cutters, and pizza. Qualifications Must have your own car, valid insurance, and driver’s license with a good driving history.
