Production Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our client's manufacturing operations. This role involves performing a variety of production processes, operating equipment, and ensuring products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Full-time (1st or 2nd Shift Options)

Pay: $15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors
• Accurately complete required documentation, including production records and system entries
• Set up and operate equipment for assigned production processes
• Load, unload, and handle parts throughout various stages of production
• Apply materials and coatings using a variety of manual and automated methods
• Inspect products to ensure proper coverage, quality, and adherence to specifications; make adjustments as needed
• Perform additional processing steps such as testing, marking, or labeling as required
• Move materials through production equipment, including ovens or processing lines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn equipment operation, measuring tools, and software systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to frequently lift 10-20 lbs
