Production Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our client's manufacturing operations. This role involves performing a variety of production processes, operating equipment, and ensuring products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule: Full-time (1st or 2nd Shift Options) Pay: $15.00/hour *This is a temp to hire position. Key Responsibilities- Follow work instructions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors
- Accurately complete required documentation, including production records and system entries
- Set up and operate equipment for assigned production processes
- Load, unload, and handle parts throughout various stages of production
- Apply materials and coatings using a variety of manual and automated methods
- Inspect products to ensure proper coverage, quality, and adherence to specifications; make adjustments as needed
- Perform additional processing steps such as testing, marking, or labeling as required
- Move materials through production equipment, including ovens or processing lines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn equipment operation, measuring tools, and software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to frequently lift 10-20 lbs
