We are looking for a General Dentist to join OneSmile, a new dental practice being developed in Southeast Michigan. We are looking for someone who wants more than just another associate position and is interested in helping build a great practice from the beginning.

The dentist will lead the clinical side of the practice , including patient care, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical standards. Our management team will focus on the business side, including marketing, staffing support, equipment, finances, technology, and growing the practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide general dental care to patients
• Perform exams and develop treatment plans
• Fillings, crowns, extractions, and other general dentistry procedures
• Handle dental emergencies
• Work with hygienists and dental assistants
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Help create a positive and comfortable experience for patients
• Help establish strong clinical standards as the practice grows

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree
• Michigan dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Good communication skills
• Professional and dependable
• Strong focus on patient care
• New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome

We are currently in the development stage and are beginning conversations with dentists interested in being involved early. Our long-term goal is to build the first successful OneSmile location and eventually expand into additional locations.
