Electrophysiology (EP) Tech

BayCare is looking for its newest EP Tech in Riverview, FL. The EP Tech serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently function during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision.

Licensure & Certification:

• BLS and ACLS is required

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year - Related Field; Or - 3 years - Related experience in lieu of Technical Training/Program OR

• Technical or Associates in Radiology + ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) + 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology OR

• Associates in Respiratory+ RRT (Respiratory Therapy), Active NBRC Credential for RRT + 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology OR

• Graduate of Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) Program/Degree and No Experience OR

• 3 years of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education OR

• RCIS and/or RCES and 1 year of experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 10 hour shifts

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
