PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known facility in Mt. Juliet, TN. We are now hiring experienced maintenance technicians. Warehouse 1st shift: $27.00/hr. 2nd shift: $28.00/hr. Shift schedule is as follows: 1st shift: MON - THU: 5:30 AM - 4 PM. 2nd shift: MON - FRI: 4 PM - 12:30 AM. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Detail oriented. Steel toes required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform emergency and predictive maintenance procedures on electro mechanical conveyor systems.
• Responsible for maintenance and calibration of microprocessor based control equipment, general instrumentation and electrical control systems to carry out first line diagnostic, troubleshooting and maintenance work.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical and control system failures using technical expertise and accepted diagnostic procedures, tests, calibration equipment and instrumentation including CRT terminals.
• Conduct routine and periodic inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of machinery and equipment.
• Manage tasks, projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Working knowledge and demonstrated experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic control systems, Allen Bradley PLC systems, process control instrumentation, scanners, robotics and 3 phase (480V) circuits. Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with motors and conveyor systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical operating and maintenance and repair manuals.
• Ability to safely operate PIVs and aerial lifts
