About the Team

Our team creates every aspect of the digital experience across our website. We collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering. Together, we ensure our digital spaces inform and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Defining and delivering a clear website strategy and roadmap, prioritizing user experience alongside objectives aligned with organizational growth.

• Designing and refining digital pathways to enhance interaction, boost conversion rates, and simplify navigation for users.

• Collaborating with marketing and product teams ensures messages and content remain consistent across all communication channels.

• Integrating data insights and SEO practices ensures organic growth of exceptional quality.

• Driving continuous testing and refining processes to deliver an integrated and effective website experience.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrate 10+ years of experience improving conversion and engagement through website optimization and digital strategy.

• Show 5+ years owning end-to-end digital experience for a global or multi-audience website.

• Bring 3+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional teams.

• Communicate with clarity and impact through excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.

• Collaborate effectively across marketing, engineering, and analytics teams.

• Apply data insights and experimentation to guide website decisions and improvements.

• Use web analytics tools and SEO principles to enhance performance and visibility.

• Hold a degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Demonstrate experience with contemporary CMS and experimentation tools, such as Optimizely . (preferred)

• Demonstrate expertise with web analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, GA4) and possess deep knowledge of behavioral data, funnel analysis, and user journey insights. (preferred)

• Possess experience in marketing and data infrastructure, including tag management and event instrumentation, to support measurement and optimization effectively. (preferred)

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$126,500.00

Maximum:

$276,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
