distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers.

#Tier2 Travel Compliance

DL/ ID IS REQUIRED WITH SUBMISSION. ADDRESS ON DL/ID IS USED TO VERIFY LOCAL/TRAVELER STATUS

Valid LA License (required at time of submission)

RN must live more than 75 miles away from facility or it is a "local rate" - please confirm local rate with AM

Any Permanent Employee at any LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel.

Modules:

Modules are non-billable

RN: can range from 5-8 hours

Allied: can range from 2-4 hours

Modules are completed pre-start, and vary by specialty

Modules are recorded by facility education department
