Providence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join a highly respected, physician led dermatology group in the Portland, Oregon metro area. This opportunity is based at PMG Glisan Dermatology, located in NE Portland, and offers an exceptional combination of clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and work life balance.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible FTE options: 0.75 FTE (3 days per week) or 1.0 FTE (4 days per week)
• 8.5 hours per day of patient care
• Physician designed schedule templates with meaningful flexibility
• 15 minute visits for routine office appointments
• 30 to 60-minute procedure slots, based on physician preference
• Strong patient demand with a large waitlist-build your practice as quickly as you'd like

Compensation & Incentives:

• Guaranteed base salary of $450,000 annually (pro-rated for 0.75 FTE), plus a highly competitive production bonus paid biweekly and calculated on a rolling four-month wRVU average. At 1.0 FTE, the schedule includes 30 hours per week of patient contact time. Physicians benefit from exceptional earning potential, with many increasing total compensation by 75%+ after ramp-up and top performers exceeding $850K.

• CME allowance of $6,000 plus 80 CME hours annually (1.0 FTE)
