Lakeland - Surg Room

• Elkhorn, WI 53121

• Small community hospital - transfers to Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee

• 64 Licensed Beds

• AAH will require the Covid vaccine

• General Information

• Beds: 4 ORs

• Experience? 2 year

• First - time traveler? Yes

• Patient Types:

• GYN, General, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Podiatry, Vascular

• Required Certifications:

• RN: BLS , ACLS, PALS

• CST: BLS

• Skills required

• CST - Ability to scrub a variety of cases

• RN's Mostly just circulate only some of our RN's scrub to act as surgical tech or retract

• Charting System /Equipment:

• EPIC , Pyxis, Alaris pumps

• Floating :

• Southern Lakes and Burlington Hospital rotation per contract

• Orientation:

• 1 day of orientation

• Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation - On Call every 4 th weekend

• Can we approve time off? No

• Call: Once per week and every 4 th weekend
