We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Management Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering, and Oracle system configuration, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement across Order Management and Supply Chain Management
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
Translate business requirements into effective Oracle solutions and configurations
Support Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain Management system configuration
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to deliver solutions
Manage and support project lifecycle activities from requirements through implementation
Troubleshoot system and business process issues and coordinate resolution
Conduct impact analysis and support testing and validation activities
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and system specifications
Support continuous process improvement and system optimization
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to business and technical teams

Required Qualifications

6 8 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management or related consulting roles
Strong expertise in Oracle Order Management
Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management processes
Strong Business Systems Analysis and requirements gathering experience
Experience with Oracle system configuration and process improvement
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Experience supporting project lifecycle activities
