Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role. Strong communication skills and a patient-focused demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
