As a Financial Consultant, you will play a vital role Providing investment solutions and guidance to employees transitioning from their current employer. You'll understand their investment and financial needs to guide and assist them in planning their future.Position Responsibilities:Proactively call and receive calls from existing group retirement plan members who are leaving or have left their employer retirement plan to discuss their investment options and offering various Manulife’s Investment Solutions.Engage in one-on-one needs-based conversations over the phone with group retirement plan members.Educate members on the benefits of various investment options and communicate our value proposition.Review and provide investment guidance on Group Retirement investments. Actual compensation will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, local market conditions as well as relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
