Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., is a multi-office national defense firm, is seeking Florida licensed attorneys for our Miami, FL office in multiple practice areas including the following areas: General Liability, Civil Litigation, Premise Liability, Product Liability, Professional Malpractice, Auto, and Trucking & Transportation.

Work would entail reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records, preparing motions, covering hearings, preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as well. We are open to hiring and training attorneys who haven't practiced in these areas.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent research abilities and written and oral communication skills

Requirements

• Experience with medical records analysis
\n
• Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, appellate activity
\n
• Draft discovery and respond to discovery
\n
• Draft and respond to discovery related motions
\n
• Regularly attend court appearances
\n
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
\n
• Draft motions for summary judgment
