Position Overview

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitors to join our team in Olathe, KS . Whether you're looking for supplemental income or a long-term career opportunity, we have flexible positions available for motivated individuals who take pride in maintaining clean and organized facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas
• Follow established cleaning schedules and company procedures
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to safety guidelines
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor commercial environments

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$23 per hour , based on experience
