Job Description

Responsible for preparing and cooking food items while ensuring  quality, consistency, and compliance with brand and Sai Hospitality standards in a safe and  sanitary kitchen environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Kitchen Operations

• To understand all standards of food preparation and presentation.
• To consistently prepare food that meets brand and Sai Hospitality standards. · Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications. · Ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
• Monitoring food quality and freshness.
• Assisting with inventory control and stocking of kitchen supplies.
• Following all health and safety regulations.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Ensuring timely preparation of food to meet service demands.

Physical Activity:

The physical activity normally entails the following attributes.

Position is expected to:

• Stand more than 2/3 of the time
• Sit less than 1/3 of the time
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Push / pull up to 25 pounds 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
