Core Responsibilities Lead and manage a team, inspiring them and setting a clear vision. Coordinate, rally, and delegate tasks to ensure projects meet deadlines. Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients; listen actively. Negotiate resources, budgets, schedules, and scope to keep projects on track. Organize tasks and maintain operational processes, applying lean thinking. Identify and manage risks proactively, preventing issues before they arise. Inbound marketing and inbound sales certification within the first month on the job. High level of organization and attention to detail. High competency in digital marketing, computer, and software skills relevant to responsibilities. Adherence to U.S. confidentiality and conduct standards.
