Some 12-hour shifts. Independent Contractor ModelMost physicians average 120-160hrs/monthWeekend / holiday/ night participation expected Procedures expected: endotracheal intubation -direct & video laryngoscopy, cricothyroidotomy, chest tube placement, central lines, IO placement, pericardiocentesis, needle thoracotomy, vaginal deliveries, laceration repairs, I&D, FB removal, full eye exam, POCUS/FAST exam, procedural sedationProductivity expectations: 1.6 -2.6 pphSupervision model: strong physician oversight of APCs1099 PACKAGE$240/hr AM, $250/hr Mid, $270/hr Night + BonusEarn up to $320 per hrProductivity RVU bonus paid quarterlySign-on bonusMalpractice with Tail Coverage
