What You'll Do
- Coordinate schedules to ensure patient visits are staffed appropriately
- Record and communicate staff schedules, to include full time, part time, and prn/per diem staff
- Work closely with the clinical team manager
- Build positive working relationships with team members

What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma, some college preferred.
- 1+ years in Home Health required, Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules, projects, and reports
- Ability to build relationships, problem solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office products such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and EMR systems
