As a Janitorial Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining clean and sanitary facilities. Responsibilities include:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Clean glass, fixtures, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to your supervisor.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Work assignments are based on business needs, customer requirements, employee availability, and experience. The location closest to your home may not be your assigned work location.

Employees may also be asked to report to our Painted Post headquarters for training, meetings, supplies, or other business needs.

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, but not required —we provide training.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive Attitude.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Are willing to learn and accept coaching
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance.
• Have reliable transportation to assigned work locations
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening, if required.
• Some positions require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. However, not all positions require driving, and applicants without a driver's license are encouraged to apply for eligible positions. Previous commercial cleaning or custodial experience is helpful but not required . We provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn.Some positions require a valid driver's license based on the customer location or job responsibilities. Applicants without a driver's license are encouraged to apply for positions where driving is not required.
  This position may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and other physical activities common in commercial cleaning. Reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified applicants in accordance with applicable law.
