Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician willing to work 2nd shift at our Madison, WI facility with strong industrial maintenance experience who enjoys working with high-tech manufacturing equipment, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations running at peak performance. If you're skilled with mechanical and electrical systems, comfortable in a fast-paced production environment, and ready to take ownership of equipment reliability, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Compensation

Based on experience, the pay range is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Work Schedule

2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Works 1 weekend per month
• Onsite in Madison, WI

What You'll Do

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and support equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and implement effective, timely solutions
• Safely operate and maintain tools, test equipment, and specialized machinery
• Inspect equipment, complete work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
• Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial setting
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and support production needs on 2nd shift
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
