Responsibilities Assist with promotional campaigns designed to generate customer interest and sales. Participate in in-person promotional activities and community events. Engage with prospective customers and present products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Support sales activities and promotional initiatives to achieve team goals. Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Assist with organizing promotional materials, displays, and sales resources. Follow up with prospective customers and support sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer engagement goals. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
