Raw Dairy Operations Technician
A growing dairy manufacturing company in Vernon County, Wisconsin is seeking a Raw Dairy Operations Technician to support daily processing operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to learn multiple production functions while supporting safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Dairy manufacturing experience required!
Schedule
Day and Night 12-hour shifts available
Responsibilities
- Support raw dairy processing operations and equipment changeovers
- Conduct quality checks and maintain production documentation
- Monitor processes and communicate equipment or product concerns
- Follow GMPs, SOPs, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide coverage across multiple production areas as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Dairy manufacturing experience required
- 2+ years of manufacturing or processing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and sanitation practices is a plus
- Pasteurization license, Bulk Milk Weigher Samplers license and Appendix N is preferred, or with ability to obtain licenses
