Restaurant District Manager We are looking to hire a full‑time Restaurant District Manager in Southen, New Mexico to train and mentor multiple fast‑food general managers. Key Responsibilities As a Restaurant District Manager, you will provide leadership to general managers, set goals, analyze business trends, coach on food quality, safety, and facility cleanliness, oversee recruitment and training, conduct guest experience and conflict resolution training, and promote a respectful work environment. Qualifications Experience working in a restaurant district management role Ability to analyze data to identify business trends Willingness to lead training sessions Valid driver's license Benefits Competitive salary, quarterly bonuses, health, dental, vision, paid vacation, company car with gas allowance, company phone, comprehensive training, 50% off discount on meals.
