Job Title: Designer
We are partnering with a local Creative and Design firm searching for a Designer who brings sharp creative instincts and a collaborative spirit to every project. What You'll Do:

• Develop creative solutions based on general direction from senior members of the Design and Account Teams
• Interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines to shape original design concepts
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand clients' needs and translate them into compelling creative work
• Create unique, original artwork that elevates our clients' brands
• Produce polished layouts from customizable templates in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Maintain an organized database of orders, pulling information from multiple sources
• Partner with fellow Design Team members on layout alterations and mechanical development

• Jump into extra internal projects that align with their mission to create a positive impact for our clients and community
• Keep growing - through mentorship, continuing education, or simply staying current on design trends - and bring that growth back to the team

What You Bring:

• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent hands-on experience
• Solid grounding in graphic design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of print production across digital, offset, and screen printing processes
• Confident creative judgment you apply daily
• The independence to manage your own work and the initiative to solve problems as they come up
• Excellent communication skills - including the ability to break down complex information clearly
