We are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency. No insurance experience needed. Training will be provided. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services. Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information. Aggressively follow up on leads, referrals, to generate a sales pipeline. Qualify potential customers, and tell them about State Farm insurance. Log all prospect and customer interactions. Qualifications: Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred Persuasion skills, likes to work with people Willingness to learn about insurance products Professional and courteous telephone manner.
