Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a confident and personable Brand Engagement and Sales Executive to join our Fayetteville team.

In this role, you will represent our clients and their brands through direct, in-person customer engagement. You will introduce products and services, understand customer needs, communicate value clearly, and help create positive experiences that contribute to both customer satisfaction and sales growth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and wants an opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, communication, customer engagement, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face customer interactions.
• Engage prospective customers and build positive, genuine relationships.
• Present products, services, and promotional offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support sales objectives and contribute to individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current products, services, and brand messaging.
