Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate IOP therapist to join our growing clinical team in Miami, FL to provide high-quality, evidenced-based care through group, individual, and family therapy. Key responsibilities include facilitating structured IOP group therapy sessions, providing individual and family therapy, completing timely and accurate clinical documentation, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, monitoring client progress, collaborating with team members, participating in case consultations, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting crisis intervention.

Qualifications include a master's degree, active FL LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent licensure, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, understanding of state and The Joint Commission requirements for outpatient behavioral health services, knowledge of EMR utilization, and maintaining confidentiality through good judgment.
