Main Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Keep the selling floor stocked and organized
- Maintain accuracy of all inventory
- Collaborate with all associates to help identify inventory errors and correct them by addressing the root causes
- Using Ace way of retailing to address unproductive, closeout and overstock inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers find what they are looking for
- Introduce customers to new products
- Inform customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
- Answer questions about products or services
- Handle returns and coordinate with team members for outstanding service
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of retail computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft office products.
