Shik Consulting Group is expanding! We're currently seeking a dynamic and driven Retail Promotions & Sales Assistant to join our face-to-face events and activations team in Washington, DC. This is a customer-facing, growth-focused opportunity ideal for an individual looking to launch or elevate their career in sales, events, and brand representation.

What You'll Do:
- Engage directly with customers, providing tailored product knowledge and real-time support
- Represent top-tier brands at promotional events, pop-ups, and retail activations
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and long-term brand recognition
- Upsell and promote services with confidence and professionalism
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Work collaboratively with team members to execute seamless event operations
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform campaign strategy
