Wellness Nurse RN

The Wellness Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing resident health, ensuring high-quality and compliant care in a senior living environment. Key duties include conducting health assessments, monitoring health trends, managing medication programs with accurate documentation, and coordinating care with families, physicians, and clinical teams. Additional responsibilities involve supporting infection control and regulatory compliance, leading clinical staff training, and implementing quality improvements by monitoring incidents.
