Bilingual Spanish Operations Coordinator

Client Operations Administrator (Bilingual Spanish) Direct Hire | Immediate Opening The Hire Solution has partnered with an international travel organization to hire a Bilingual Client Operations Administrator on a permanent basis. This role requires a native-level Spanish speaker with strong reading and writing skills. This is a vendor-facing support position, so excellent phone etiquette and a strong customer service orientation are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Execute clients' day-to-day operational activities in accordance with contractual terms and standard service agreements.
- Perform detail-oriented tasks, including setting up and maintaining client programs.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Client Operations Manager as needed.
- Create and update operational procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding of new associate and wholesale programs by:
- Setting up appropriate details in the back-office system
- Ensuring client requirements are met in accordance with agreements
- Performing end-to-end testing prior to implementation
- Distributing internal client information sheets
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal team members, regional and global partners, clients, and third-party partners.
- Manage disputes and voucher requirements, including investigation, processing, documentation, and reporting.
- Generate and distribute required monthly reports to clients within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and meet deadlines while adhering to service level standards
- Strong listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills with a methodical and structured approach to work
- High school diploma or equivalent required
