The Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to solve complex business challenges, improve organizational effectiveness, and accelerate execution against company priorities. What you’ll do: Coordinate and manage cross-functional programs with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics Design scalable processes and workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and business performance Facilitate alignment across teams and ensure strategic initiatives remain on track Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, operational improvements, and organizational priorities Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, and strategic presentations for senior leadership and Board stakeholders Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance assessments to inform strategic decision-makingSupport development of mid- and long-term strategic plans across products, markets, customer segments, and business functions Prepare leadership communications, updates, and materials for executive meetings and stakeholder engagements Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and team productivity Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications across business functions Support deployment and adoption of AI-enabled workflows and scalable business solutions What you’ll bring: 6+ years of experience in MBB or top-tier strategy boutique background Experience in SaaS, technology or high-growth environments is preferred Experience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise transformation initiatives Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in low-structured environments Culture Agility.
