Health Plan PBM Decision-Maker [Remote]

Role Overview

This one-time remote research opportunity is an online survey for pharmacy benefit and PBM decision-makers at eligible U.S. health plans, health insurers, and third-party administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a structured online survey in approximately 25 minutes.
• Provide perspectives on PBM selection, contracting, formulary decisions, and specialty pharmacy arrangements.
• Submit all survey responses within the provided timeline.

Qualifications

• Work for a health plan or health insurer, a provider-sponsored health plan owned by a health system, or a third-party administrator that makes its own PBM decisions.
• Play a role in pharmacy benefit and PBM decisions, such as a final PBM-selection decision-maker, PBM selection committee member, influential stakeholder, or day-to-day PBM relationship manager.
• Hold a current role such as Chief Medical Officer or Medical Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, VP or Director of Pharmacy, Chief Financial Officer or VP of Finance, VP of Procurement or Supply Chain, VP of Network or Provider Contracting, Chief Compliance Officer or VP of Regulatory Affairs, PBM contract or vendor relationship manager, Manager or Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs, or a pharmacy operations, finance, quality, or contracting manager or director.
• Be able to independently complete the approximately 25-minute online survey.

Work Terms

• One-time online survey engagement.
• Remote within the United States.
• Approximately 25 minutes to complete.

Compensation

• $70 one-time payment upon successful verification of the submission.

Eligibility

• Must be based in the United States.
• Employees of PBMs, benefits consultants, brokers or advisors, employers, and hospitals or health systems without their own health plan are not eligible.
