Health Plan PBM Decision-Maker Survey Participant [Remote]

Role Overview

Share your expertise in pharmacy benefit management decisions through a paid online research survey that will inform AI tools designed to improve pharmacy benefit administration and member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a structured online survey in approximately 25 minutes.
• Provide perspectives on PBM selection, contracting, formulary decisions, and specialty pharmacy arrangements.
• Submit all survey responses within the provided timeline.

Qualifications

• Work for a health plan, health insurer, provider-sponsored health plan owned by a health system, or a third-party administrator that makes its own PBM decisions.
• Participate directly in pharmacy benefit and PBM decisions as a final decision-maker, selection committee member, influential stakeholder, or day-to-day PBM relationship manager.
• Hold a relevant role such as Chief Medical Officer or Medical Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, VP or Director of Pharmacy, Chief Financial Officer or VP of Finance, VP of Procurement or Supply Chain, VP of Network or Provider Contracting, Chief Compliance Officer or VP of Regulatory Affairs, PBM contract or vendor relationship manager, Manager or Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs, or a pharmacy operations, finance, quality, or contracting manager or director.
• Be able to independently complete the online survey.

Work Terms

• One-time remote survey engagement.
• Open to participants based in the United States.
• Estimated time commitment: approximately 25 minutes.

Compensation

• $70 one-time payment upon successful verification of the submitted survey.

Eligibility

• Employees of PBMs, benefits consultants, brokers or advisors, employers, and hospitals or health systems without their own health plan are not eligible.
