Role Overview

Share your expertise in pharmacy benefit management decisions through a paid online research survey focused on improving healthcare and member experiences with AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a structured online survey of approximately 25 minutes.
• Provide perspectives on PBM selection, contracting, formulary decisions, and specialty pharmacy arrangements.
• Submit all survey responses within the assigned timeline.

Qualifications

• Work for a health plan or health insurer, a provider-sponsored health plan owned by a health system, or a third-party administrator that makes its own PBM decisions.
• Participate directly in your organization''s pharmacy benefit and PBM decisions as a final decision-maker, PBM selection committee member, influential stakeholder, or day-to-day PBM relationship manager.
• Hold a relevant current position, such as Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, VP or Director of Pharmacy, Chief Financial Officer, VP of Finance, VP of Procurement or Supply Chain, VP of Network or Provider Contracting, Chief Compliance Officer, VP of Regulatory Affairs, PBM contract or vendor relationship manager, Manager or Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs, or a pharmacy operations, finance, quality, or contracting manager or director.
• Be able to independently complete the approximately 25-minute survey.

Work Terms

• One-time remote survey engagement for candidates based in the United States.
• Online survey format, expected to take approximately 25 minutes.

Compensation

• One-time payment of 140 upon successful verification of the submitted survey.

Eligibility

• Employees of PBMs, benefits consultants, brokers or advisors, employers, and hospitals or health systems without their own health plan are not eligible.
