At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals in Wilmington, NC.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in their natural environments. Your primary responsibility will be to implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and assist in the development of behavior plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work closely with families and treatment teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral plans and interventions in various settings, including homes, schools, and community locations

• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment efficacy

• Assist in the development of behavioral plans and treatment strategies under the supervision of a BCBA

• Provide indirect support to family members, caregivers, and other professionals to promote consistent implementation of behavioral plans

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including data collection, progress notes, and treatment plans

• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (psychology, special education, or a related field)

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
