The Assistant Tennis Coach will support players across youth, beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels in a tennis academy setting. Reporting to the Head Tennis Coach and Tennis Director, this role will assist with training, player development, skill evaluation, and competition support, including on-court coaching.
Responsibilities
- Assist with practices for players across mixed skill levels.
- Support player development through structured coaching and training.
- Provide clear instruction during drills and practice sessions.
- Assess player skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the coaching team to support academy programs.
- Deliver constructive performance feedback to players.
- Provide on-court coaching during competitions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of tennis coaching experience.
- SafeSport certification.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of tennis technique and practice planning.
- Experience with player evaluation and athletic performance training.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
