Wheeling, IL, US Customer Service Associate (CSA) Position Summary Driven Car Wash is looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. Customer Service Associates play a key role in creating a great experience for our guests by assisting customers, promoting memberships, ensuring safe vehicle loading, and maintaining a clean and welcoming site. What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll spend most of your shift interacting with customers and supporting daily site operations. Responsibilities include: Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service. Explaining wash packages, membership options, promotions, and the Driven Car Wash mobile app. Encouraging membership enrollment, loyalty program participation, and customer reviews. Assisting customers with questions and helping resolve concerns. Performing quality checks to ensure customers have a positive experience. Safely loading vehicles into the wash tunnel and directing traffic flow. Rotating between customer service and tunnel operations throughout the day. Assisting with vacuum area upkeep, trash removal, and maintaining clean customer spaces. Restocking detail carts and other customer amenities. Completing lot checks and monitoring site cleanliness and safety. Participating in periodic tunnel maintenance, including cleaning tunnel walls, power washing, and trench cleanings. Following all company safety policies and operational procedures. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers. Sales experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout an entire shift.
