• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Cardiovascular Cath Lab experience, experience with Mac Lab, intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella, temporary pacemakers, right heart cath

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting
• Assist with complex cardiovascular procedures, including catheterizations and device insertions
• Monitor hemodynamic parameters and respond to patient needs during procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team on patient care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout diagnostic and interventional processes
• Participate in patient education and post-procedure care instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient status

What You Need:

• Kansas RN license or valid compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiovascular Cath Lab experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and hemodynamics
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

About the Assignment:

This assignment is located at a leading facility in Kansas City, KS, known for its advanced cardiac care and innovative procedures. The Cardiac Cath Lab team is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care with a focus on safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Orientation will be provided with attendance at KU NEO during the first week, Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
