2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
We are hiring a Quality Inspector I to perform inspections on precision-manufactured components. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or quality inspection experience who has strong attention to detail.

We are hiring a Quality Inspector I to perform inspections on precision-manufactured components. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or quality inspection experience who has strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Use metrology tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
- Apply basic Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Perform leak testing and blacklight inspections
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components
- Identify and document non-conforming materials
- Complete inspection and quality records accurately
- Maintain material and product traceability
- Follow applicable ISO 9001 quality procedures
- Work with production and quality teams to resolve issues
- 2+ years of quality inspection or precision manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong blueprint/engineering drawing interpretation skills
- Experience with metrology, GD&T, calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Experience performing leak testing and/or blacklight inspections preferred
- Knowledge of non-conformance documentation
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
