Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct detailed assessments and psychological evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to client needs. \n Provide individual therapy sessions employing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy, and family systems therapy to promote personal growth and mental well-being. \n Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress through detailed documentation and feedback. \n Utilize assessment tools and treatment modalities appropriate for various mental health challenges, ensuring continuity of care for each client. \n Engage in continuous professional development, pursuing supervision and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily work with adult clients who present a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Additionally, you may provide therapy for children and adolescents, addressing family dynamics and developmental concerns. Your expertise will guide individuals and families toward healthier communication patterns and improved emotional support systems. Qualifications\n \n A master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, psychology, social work, or a related field. \n Valid and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New Jersey. \n A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting. \n Competency in various therapeutic techniques and familiarity with evidence-based practices. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working effectively with diverse populations, including adult and adolescent clients. \n Previous involvement in integrated healthcare settings or multidisciplinary teams is a plus. \n Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
