Communications Specialist — Dallas, TX Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm | On-site Clear Communication. Stronger Connections. Good communication helps people understand what matters, stay informed, and work toward the same goals. We're looking for a Communications Specialist in Dallas, TX to support internal and external communications, coordinate written materials, and help ensure information reaches the right audience in a clear and consistent way. You'll work with different teams to prepare communications, organize content, maintain messaging standards, and support company updates and promotional initiatives. This role is suited to someone who enjoys writing, pays attention to detail, and knows how to adapt information for different audiences. What You’ll Be Working On Draft, edit, and proofread internal announcements, emails, and business communications. Prepare written materials for company updates, newsletters, and other communication channels. Coordinate communication schedules and track upcoming deadlines. Gather information from different departments to prepare accurate updates. Help maintain consistent tone, messaging, and brand guidelines across materials. Organize communication records, contact lists, and shared documents. Support the preparation of presentations, briefing documents, and meeting materials. Assist with content for websites, social media, and other communication platforms. Review communications for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and appropriate formatting. Respond to routine information requests and direct enquiries to the appropriate team. Help coordinate communication projects and follow up on outstanding tasks. Identify opportunities to improve how information is shared across teams. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who communicates confidently, works carefully with information, and can balance writing tasks with everyday coordination. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail. Good organization and time management. Comfortable using email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Able to adapt writing style to different audiences and purposes. Professional approach to handling business information. Comfortable collaborating with different departments and managing deadlines. Previous experience in communications, marketing, public relations, administration, content creation, or customer-facing roles is beneficial. Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, or social media tools is an advantage. Training will be provided on internal systems, communication procedures, and company messaging requirements.
