What You'll Do

Depending on your experience and interests, you may:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose complex electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Work on commercial, industrial, and specialty refrigeration systems
• Support customers across healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, research, and industrial markets
• Deliver exceptional service while building lasting customer relationships

What We're Looking For

✅ 4 years of HVAC/R experience (commercial or residential)

✅ EPA Certification required

✅ Strong refrigeration and electrical troubleshooting skills

✅ Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems independently

✅ Positive attitude and team-first mentality

✅ Valid driver's license and clean driving record

✅ Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
