Job Summary The F/ACT Specialist is a senior staff member with a wide range of F/ACT and/or rehabilitative experience. The Specialist will perform the duties of the Clinical Coordinator in the absence of the Clinical Coordinator. Skills & Requirements High‑school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a field related to behavioral health preferred. 1 year of experience working on an F/ACT team (preferred). 1 year of experience working with the SMI population required. Additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse (preferred). Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance. Recovery from alcohol or drugs and/or GMH for equal to or greater than 1 consecutive year preferred or a combination of education and experience. Current AZ driver’s license. Clean 39‑month MVR.
