Maintenance Technician - 2nd and 3rd Shift 6910552 Location: Huntington Beach,CA, US Date Posted: 09-03-2026 7 days ago Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $30 - $40 per hour Job Details Key Responsibilities & Duties Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Diagnose machine failures and complete emergency repairs. Install, test and commission new manufacturing equipment. Read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and ladder logic schematics. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and modify ladder logic when necessary. Program, repair and troubleshoot automated machinery and robotics. Perform welding, cutting and light fabrication repairs. Operate machine shop equipment including lathes, grinders and drill presses. Inspect machinery for wear, alignment and mechanical failures. Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic piping systems. Document repairs and maintenance activities within CMMS. Assist in developing preventive maintenance procedures. Mentor junior maintenance technicians when applicable. Work safely while following all OSHA and company safety procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Responsibilities are drawn directly from the job description.
