Join Our Team as a Pool Concierge in Little Rock, AR!

Are you looking for a part-time temporary summer position? Richardson Properties is seeking a Pool Concierge to work at our beautiful apartment community in Little Rock, AR. As a Pool Concierge, you will be responsible for monitoring pool and amenity areas, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting residents as needed. If you have an outgoing personality and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Hours:

• Friday: 4 PM - 10 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM
• Sunday: 1 PM - 10 PM

Duties:

• Be knowledgeable about community/amenity policies and address violations professionally.
• Listen to residents' requests, offer solutions, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and meet/exceed resident expectations.
• Multi-task and handle interruptions effectively.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail.
• Resolve issues to residents' satisfaction in accordance with policy/procedure.
• Work as a team with other employees.
• Maintain positive resident relations and uphold Fair Housing Act regulations.
• Conduct work using sound safety practices.
• Interact with residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Community Director/Leasing Director with other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work outside in the heat.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Good communication skills.
