They are looking for you - an experienced Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys supporting commercial and residential real estate transactions from start to finish. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable and growing legal team.

What you get to do:
• Support attorneys and the real estate team with administrative and closing activities
• Prepare and manage electronic closing notebooks and transaction files
• Open and maintain client files and documentation
• Assist with billing and closing coordination
• Support title insurance and real estate closing processes
• Communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and outside parties throughout transactions
• Provide additional support to the legal team as needed

What you need to succeed:
• 3-5 years of Paralegal experience preferred
• Experience with real estate closings and title insurance required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• SoftPro experience preferred, but training is available
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
