This person drives efficiency, manages resources, and fosters collaboration across departments to enhance overall productivity and success.*This is a full-time, onsite position with the flexibility to provide evening or weekend coverage in the event of an emergency. This role supports research lab operations — it does not involve conducting research directly.***Key Responsibilities*** Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.* Streamline workflows and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.* Ensure products and services meet quality standards through regular monitoring and continuous improvement.* Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.* Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and services.* Ensure operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.* Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.* Liaise between departments to facilitate seamless operations and communication flow.**What You Bring*** Proficiency with software and analytical tools to optimize processes and interpret data.* Clear, professional communication skills for cross-department collaboration.* Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic solution development.* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.* Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.* Adaptability in fast-changing environments with sound task prioritization.* High attention to accuracy, precision, and regulatory compliance.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.* Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, with 5+ years of research lab operations experience.The salary range for this position is $86,334 – $125,184 based on total years of related experience and internal pay equity considerations
