Description

• Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings and craft personalized treatment strategies
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Engage collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise routines
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility and regulatory standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to ensure cohesive care delivery

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Required state licensure for Physical Therapists
• CPR certification highly desirable
• Specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory

• Prior experience strongly suggested
